– Simone in the studio one day last summer ::
I’ve known Francesca Simone for a really long time. She’s absolutely a child prodigy who never looked back. Over the years we’ve gone to many of Ray Obiedo’s gigs and kept in touch through other wonderful musicians like Lynn Ray and Brian Pardo. Last year she auditioned, world wide, and was chosen to play live at the Grammys!!! Then, if that weren’t enough, she played for a backstage private party on stage with Chick Corea and Stanley Clarke among others. Wow.
Simone needed some new imagery before she went off to Berklee College of Music in Boston so we got together one day last summer and shot one set of images on a dark, moody background and one on all white. I hope you like ’em.
